I Resolve...

Would you believe that I "resolved" to post more this year? And alas, it is already January 7 and I am just now posting. So much for New Year's Resolutions! I do think though, that as our little guy begins to NAP (yes, I said the miraculous word "NAP!") I wll be able to sit and get more done. Not only does he nap, but he is having quite the time entertaining himself these days. He is finding his feet, batting at objects, watching things with such intensity I wonder if he is looking right through them! He recognizes both Marc and I, and smiles so big it just melts your heart.

We spent Christmas with both families, although we were in Orlando for a lot of it. My brother came home from California, and my sister was around too. Marc's family was able to come to my parent's house for Christmas dinner, and we also spent some time at the Springs the day after Christmas with everyone. I think we appreciated being back in Florida because we could drive places and visit with anyone we wanted to!

I really do promise to post more, and hopefully too I can be a little more thoughtful and creative. I am always so envious of friend's posts because they reflect their thoughts, feelings, stressors and/or well-being so intimately. I feel like I am always scrambling to get pictures up, and that is about all I can manage with the blog-thing. So we will see. Stay tuned in 2010!

The Springs to see manatees. Logan loves this sling and falls asleep in it just about every time!

The infamous nap I keep referring to:

Happy Baby!

Breakfast at the Sugar Mill where you cook your own food at the table..

Christmas Morning

My mom bought these shoes for Logan because I have an identical pair from when I was little 30 years ago - they still make them!
